Inspired Fine Dining is excited to introduce ourselves to the amazing Chicago foodie scene! On July 11, 2009, Chef Moore will highlights some of his amazingly innovative fine dining dishes for a lucky select few of chicago foodies!

We will be preparing a 5 course menu inspired by Chef Moore's native roots of barbados by the way of Harlem, NY infused with Chicago accents.

Wine and spirits are a very important component to any fine dining experience. Inspired Fine Dining would like to provide attendees with the opportunity to communicate their favorite wine or spirit.
