Dear Underground Supper Participant,

Thank you very much for expressing interest in attending the next
Underground|FUSE secret supper on Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 7:30 pm.

We are excited to have been able to arrange this “CulinArt” collaboration
with Art Rebel Studios and Exhibition Space. Chef Peter Brightman has put
together a fresh Mediterranean themed menu and Mr. Art Rebel himself is
preparing the studio for the painting projects all Underground Supper
attendees will participate in.

It should be a wonderful and enriching evening for all art-inFUSEd souls!

PAYMENT DETAILS:

All Underground Fuse events are “pre-pay ticket” events. So, in order for
us to hold your seat, we have created 3 convenient ways for you to pre-pay
your spot for the Underground Supper:

1) PAYPAL - If you have a Paypal account, follow these simple steps:
a.) Log into your paypal account
b.) Click on the "Send Money" tab
c.) Type in asoriano@fusecateringla.com as the email address to send your
payment to.

2) CHECK - make checks payable to Fuse Catering and mail to:

Please mail your check before or on JULY 14 at the latest for our office to
receive the check on time.

3) CREDIT CARD - please contact me directly at (818) 205-8568 and I can
take your credit card information over the phone. All credit card
transactions are processed through paypal.

The Deadline for pre-payment (PAYPAL & CREDIT CARD payment by PHONE) is
July 14, 2009.
