Era of Elegance Presents:
Something Old - Something New in Wines February 8th

Cost: $45.00/person

Get out of your wine-comfort zone every second Wednesday of the month in this first of a series of Wine Wednesday’s presented by Era of Elegance. This evening’s event will revolve around grapes that have been forgotten but -  more recently - are gaining more popularity. This interactive tasting and discussion will be lead by local wine enthusiast David Arendt and feature wines produced from the Verdejo, Arneis, Bonarda and Tannat grapes along with a cooking demonstration by Chef Anthony Belter of The Money Shot.

The executive chef/owner of The Money Shot, Anthony Belter, was  born and raised in Norwood Park on the Northwest side of Chicagoand was exposed to extraordinary cooking at an early age. He attended Kendall College, the #1 ranked culinary school in the Midwest, and went on to intern at 160 Blue and held a top chef positions at Goose Island and Ted’s Montana Grill. In February 2010 Anthony decided to open his own restaurant where he could offer mouthwatering dishes coupled with a memorable social experience. His menu specializes in comfort foods which he grew up with and his dishes are always made with the freshest ingredients.
