Looking for location/chef for Supper Speakeasy in Las Vegas (area)

Hi there,

I'm traveling out to Las Vegas Spet 20-25 and am looking to create a Supper Speakeasy, Wine & Wisdom or Nibble & Sip while I'm out there. I'm in the poress of trying to start new chapters of Bon Vivant Savant and thought this might be a good opportunity to work with potential interested parties.

Hello, my name is Chef William Henry, im currently located in Vegas, been cooking out here for the last 5yrs. learned alot and takin it back to columbus, ohio to fully open my supper club "families on the patio", which i soft opened last weekend (in columbus) with great success, and a fabulous gormet carribiean menu. Well im back in vegas to tie up the loose ends and head back to columbus mid oct. so with that all being said i would luv to help you here in vegas, before im out here in oct. I love the Wine & Wisdom and Nibble & Sip is sexy and i like to create food that looks and taste sexy, Great Tags! since researching the supper club idea i found this site and i luv it, hope to hear from you.

I am a Chef from Las Vegas, though I live at Los Angeles. I love cooking so I'vew done a little research to help you. The hot new spot for the underdressed and overtressed, Kerry Simon's Palm Springs-style eatery is where beautiful design feeds the eye while good food sates the palate. The comfort food trend launched years ago in New York and London makes old Vegas new again with super steaks, seafood and pasta. Meanwhile, signature desserts such as freshly spun cotton candy melt in your wet, lip gloss-covered mouth. And i addition, You've heard the charge before: Why can't Las Vegas be more like a real city? When we hear that, we assume they mean more urban, as in the explosion of eclecticism that happens when people are packed together like sardines, not the explosion of crime that happens under similar circumstances. Yeah, Las Vegas is spread like spilt batter, but there are a few restaurants that would make the style grade even in a Woody Allen film, a few Tarantino sets and a few that, regardless of their location, feel lifted from Downtown, Anywhere. So have your short term loans, have your own deigned shop and may the Almighty God bless you. I hope for your success!!
