fish and chips
For tonight's dinner we are having fish and chips with a cowl slaw and a surprise dessert. the fish will be fresh mahi mahi cotted in a home made bear batter. the chips are a fine blend of spices over hand made chips.

bear batter? can I suggest grizzly, brown bears imported from Mexico through Arizona no doubt are a bit gamey.
