anyhoo, if you're gonna have a luau lasagna night, can i make a request for dessert? zabaglione! it's easy and economical - need strawberries and marsala wine, tho. here's a recipe - http://whatscookingamerica.net/Fruit/ZabaglioneBerries.htm. it's my absolute favorite dessert, and i haven't had it in more than 12 years (it's only a treat if someone else makes it). I had it at a restaurant once, and they made it at the table, flambe - very dramatic, and oh-so-ono!

A great restaurant food was great and service very friendly even the owner was interested on what we thought which makes a nice Stars Food Good, Value Good, Service Good, Atmosphere Good, What Restaurant with casual, homey menu.
