At each dinner party, I get requests from people to set up a cooking class. So I have - and the details are as follows:
Vegetarian Basics with Curry Cravings.
Explore. Create. Indulge.
Are you tired of the same old recipe for spinach or broccoli and have run out of ideas of how to get more veggies into your diet? Do you intend to have a vegetable garden this summer but don’t know new recipes for all the produce you will have? Looking to try new things?
Then take a culinary journey from asparagus and avocado to zucchini, via crunchy cauliflower and exciting eggplants, visiting the land of luscious ladyfingers, mystical mustard greens and sumptuous spinach. Explore the simple world of earthly greens with a little help and lots of encouragement with friends new and old, in the humble kitchens of Curry Cravings.
Feed your curiosity about fresh vegetables and learn how to prepare them in several satisfying savory ways that your family will love, in a 5 week course. Participants will learn 3 entrée preparations per week with correct prepping and cooking techniques from 10-12.15 and enjoy their creations as a light lunch from 12.15-1.00 with their fellow participants. Each class is hands-on and class sizes are limited to 5 participants.

March1, 4: Veggies from U-Z
Note: Choose either from a Tuesday or Thursday schedule. Entrée’s will be selected based on vegetables available fresh that week, from within its group. If there is sufficient interest, weekend classes will be offered from late Feb – mid March. Cost: $125.00 (cost includes instruction over five weeks, lunch per class, and life-time call-in tech-support from Curry Cravings). Drop-in or single classes may be available, ask for details.
