Underground restaurant in JP, March 27th... any takers?

: Delete CommentOK people, we have a plan to host a dinner, in JP on March 27th! My friend has a place where we can serve about 20 people. Is anyone here interested in helping, planning, cooking, attending? I have actually done this before, three times last year, but with help cooking the main dish... so that might be nice! Neither of us are professionals, just love food and hosting... Please be in touch, it would be great to meet up!; Oh, and as far as menu planning goes, we're thinking lamb/ham/pork, spring vegetables, maybe a Southern kind of theme? A Southern cocktail? I'd welcome all ideas & suggestions, thanks!

We had
Campari orange spritzers
BLT biscuits
roasted asparagus salad
herb-roasted pork tenderloin and cheesy grits
homemade rosemary ice cream with honey glazed semolina cookies

And good times were had by all. We are trying to find a date for the next one, hopefully in May. Watch this space!
