Inspired Fine Dining July 11, 2009 Summer/Fall Dining Series
Welcome to one of the more upscale manifestations of the national phenomenon of underground dining, Inspired Fine Dining. We are an unregulated and largely untraceable private dining series in which a professional chef with roots from Barbados, New York, and Chicago courts avid gourmands through the Internet, e-mail or word-of-mouth to participate for a fee in dinner parties that are cloaked in secrecy. The host is an accountant by day and the entertaining, fun loving other half of Inspired Fine Dining with roots from the Creole rural country area of Mamou, Louisiana. As such, we only accustom to the freshest and most flavorful fine dining dishes to be served to our guest.
On July 11, 2009, Chef Moore will highlights some of his amazingly innovative fine dining dishes for a lucky select few of chicago foodies!
We will be preparing a 5 course menu inspired by Chef Moore's native roots of barbados by the way of Harlem, NY infused with Chicago accents.
Wine Pairings will accompany each dish!.
Our goal is to siphon business from traditional restaurants as patrons seek out intimate settings and interaction between strangers that is not possible in most eateries. While our customers dine in an unpretentious venue and enjoy the experience of having a dinner party without the hassle; we guarantee that customers will experience the best in innovative fine dining in all of Chicago.
