Good to hear from this group! Seems like quite a few "underground" food service companies have popped-up (including Pop-Ups!) in the DC area in the last two years..would be fun to hear if anyone has tried any of them..Cheers!

My name is David Haskell - I am a chef (by trade) and a producer of an original web-series called Waiting on Others (www.waitingonothers.com). This web-series is a labor of love for the creative team and should be of great interest to this community. The story revolved around two NYC actresses who work in a restaurant while going on auditions. Anyone who has ever worked food service will recognize the crazy customers, creepy managers and other kinds of characters.

Jon - How was your event? I was out of the country and missed your announcement and the event. Do you have more planned for the future?

Well, the first Underground Dinner party in Baltimore was a SUCCESS.
Chef Jill Snyder, from Top Chef, and currently Woodberry Kitchen, created an amazing five-course feat for us. Pictures will be available shortly.

Baltimore Foodies partnered with Erraunt to help pull this off. We are now organizing our next event.
