Gastro-Pub Potluck Party


Please join the Denver group on March 4th from 7-9p.

We will be hosting a gastro-pub potluck at Premier Lofts in downtown Denver. A gastro-pub essentially serves bar appetizers and such with an upscale twist. Bring your version of your favorite upscale "pub-grub" and a beverage that you would serve it with. Feel free to bring one or the other, or maybe tag team with another member of the group.

Please RSVP by responding to this post. Leave a message for the rest of us with an idea of what dish you plan on bringing. There is no specific cuisine so be as creative as you wish.

P.S. Just don't call it a slider, Nick hates that name!!!

thinking mini reubens - experimenting today with eggroll wrappers ... i assume there will be an oven available to warm things up?

No problem with an oven. I am bringing a 5 gallon fryer if you want to fry there as well.

I hope you are all psyched for Wednesday.

I am expecting around 50 people. There are many that have not RSVP'd but have told me they are coming. I will bring cups, plates, napkins, forks. My phone number is 401-368-9303. Feel free to call if you run into any trouble finding or getting into the building. It is a big building at 2200 Market, it says Premier Lofts.

I'm tentatively in for now - plus one, maybe two. I'm thinking about bringing goat cheese/roasted garlic crostini. Or perhaps gussied-up chips n' queso.

Wait. I meant goat cheese & roasted garlic *sliders*. There. That sounds more gastro-pub-y!

I'll make my +1's (can that be plural???) bring bevvies.

I missed the first get-together and now I have to miss this one too - bummer because fancy bar food is right up my alley. I definitely plan to be at the next event!!!
