Favorite chefs?

Is there a chef out there, famous or not, that you just love? Is it the way they cook, the style they cook, or something else? I love Jacques Pepin. I read his biography and I watch on tv anytime I can. I just love to watch him work. I also love Mario Batali because Italian food is my favorite food to cook and he know so much. I love watching Molto Mario and watching him cook and share information to his friends.
