I like cooking guts. I like eating guts. Would anyone else like an introduction in this topic? And when I say guts, I mean.... heart, kidneys, liver, testicles, etc. No joke. I am trying to put together a dinner soon and I am new to this. Interested?
Excellent. I don't think with my current schedule that I can accomodate more than 8-10 people for this dinner. We can do several dinners, but the first one needs to be small.

I'm in E.Nash too. Are you still interested in secret suppers? I'm not much of a chef yet, but this idea is really fascinating to me. Maybe we should do something spun off of the East Farmer's Market on a Wed night or something.
