Any San Diego Farm to Table Dinners or Farm Tours?

There are some local farms who do tours and get-togethers for their members/customers who buy their organic vegies.. Check out Suzie's Farm in San Diego for starters, but there are others in different locations in the county. Not sure if they all do meals, tho.
