I cook Cajun dinners and want to deliver home-cooked meals
Hi all. Need some advice on tying into the dinner party circuit. I am an amazing cajun cook bringing California freshness to traditional cajun fare. My idea is: plan a weekly dinner menu, post it and home deliver hot, ready to serve meals, complete with dessert. I can prepare food for up to 20 people at a time. Looking for suggestions on how to get started. I have a page on this site but how to get people to view and want me to cook for them?

I would try Craigslist, a Facebook fan page, and Twitter to start reaching out to locals and advertising for free. You could also try hosting a booth at a Farmer's Market with samples and info. Good luck!

Thanks Nicole. I will definitely try CL, Facebook and Twitter. If you have any insight, would you comment on whether I could get a booth at the FM without being a full-fledged business (license, Health Dept).
