Sounds amazing! I eat seafood, but no other meat (including broths, etc.), will I starve or should I give it a try?

Missy, I've just gone over the tentative menu. Out of 8-10 courses, you'd only need substitutions on around 3, and I think we can make that happen without too much trouble. Give it a try!

Thanks so much for your quick reply. I just realized that it is Rosh Hashana and I won't be able to make it anyway (I knew the date was on my mind for some reason and should have checked my calendar first -- sorry about that). I will keep my eyes open for your next event!

So sad to have missed it -- I checked out your blog and the meal looks as though it was fantastic. Please do keep me posted on when the next will be and hopefully I can finally make one!
