1. A successful MALE chef who has overcome a troubled past (e.g. was previously in rehab, prison or was once homeless!) and is now rockin' out in the culinary world. . .

2. Has an edgy look and BIG personality

I live and cook in Toronto and have spent 2 weeks or so in PHX every winter(for 30 years)...any fun foodie things happening in Feb?

Will be moving back to the Valley in the next few weeks, picking up my former job at the Biltmore, and hopefully getting involved in some great ghetto dining! Up for it certainly.

Hey Alex

I have been cooking up a storm for self, friends, and family lately. Discovered new Mardi Gras recipes for both food and drink--great fun. Headed out to Avalon, a new Scottsdale eaterie close to my office, which had a great menu that the chef executed with brio on the day that I went. Would love for us to set up a dinner party for this group or arrange a foodie outing. What do folks think?
