Today, I had the pleasure of dining at the Port Royal Cafe in Santa Monica. I lOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I was treated to succulently spicy oxtails, spinach, plantains, rice and peas! I basically spent my lunch hour in Jamaica, mon!
