About Me:
n July 1st of 2009, Mondo Dinner began as an experiment, a sort of food journal to visually register our dinners. Through our daily Home Cooking Journal updates we celebrate food and the beauty behind cooking together. Currently we are developing new sections, videos and ideas to bring to life our passion for food, home cooking, entertaining and good drinks into a way if living and somehow a better understanding of food culture, produces and techniques. So far has been a lot fun.

We also offer creative services on the fields of branding, video/photography production and website development.

BOTTLING THE FIRST BATCH OF BEER

Alfonso has decided to learn how to brew his own beer. He is taking the production process very seriously and our apartment smell like malted barley every 2 weeks... I'm taking the photos and drinking beer to support the cause.

i forgot to mention that several years ago i was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. it has completely changed my food world. i have always eaten a lot of fresh food but anything i made before w/wheat flour is now impossible. other flours are rather weird but i'm exploring baking again. it is so, so different - in every way. taste, texture, etc. i'll bet you can find lots of good gluten free stuff where you live.
