Make pig's knuckles tonight with potatoes and onions. Baked them with beer for two hours. Amazing!

Yeah.. There's always that ;)
Also, on Mulberry between Canal and Bayard is a spot called Xe Lua. They have a bit more variety on the herbs than most, and usually some of the fresher basil.
Also, if you like Pho, I would think you might be down…

Best Eats In NYC...and sometimes Brooklyn :)
Living in NYC and being a Foodie - one has to find the best that one can and then share with others (or at least I've taken that part on as a personal mission).

Seach For The Best Pho In NYC
Pho isn't a food love - it is an addiction. Once you've had it you will crave it like a pregnant lady craves pickles and ice cream (ok I'm guessing here - have no kids myself).
So where does one go to get that satisfying bowl of perfection in the city? I have no idea - yet!
No one could tell me of a great Pho place. They could say "oh yeah I had Vietnamese food at X once. It wasn't that great." Not the glowing review I was looking for.

I spent time in VIETNAM, Saigon and Chau Doc in the Meknog Delta. I've been going to Nhan Trang for 16 years, it's great and the Pho is Off-the-Chain Good... I usually always get the Pho # 1 with Brisket, fresh Eye Round and Tendon. My ex-girlfriend and I used to eat here almost every Sunday Lunch for 3 years. Yeah it's great and Pho Bang on Elizabeth Street is awsome as well. Dam I miss those places.
