I love food and eating good food, but am not motivated to cook great things for just one! I love eating with others; large family meals are some of my greatest memories. I am just now getting to learn the connection between good food and how it makes you feel, and I want to explore this further! I am also a teacher for kids with autism, and diet and food are often such issues that I am much more aware. I also love sustainable, local food and am slowly trying to learn about how to have my own garden. Also putting one in at school, which is kind of a riot since I don't really know much about gardening!
