About Me:
As a former vegetarian, I gained a love for cooking and experimenting without meat. I now have incorporated meat into my diet over the past few years. I have tons of cook books, love the food channel, and love to try and cook new meals and share with great friends. A little wine or beer combined with the food is always welcome too!
