In need of a chef!!!

I'm a huge Ghetto Gourmet enthusiast, so when I agreed to help some friends with an upcoming event they are hosting this was the first place I thought of to go to for help. The friends I speak of just started a non-profit theater group in NYC and are holding a fund-raising event next month that is in dire need of a talented chef who can provide their services (and some awesome food!) for the evening.
