Do you subscribe to Thrillist? There is a message today about Ludo Bites and it sounds interesting, kind of like underground dinners, this chef pops up at others restaurants and makes fabulous sounding food.
Check it out. Thrillist has lots of good info.

I would prefer a regular meal too and don't know if we are going to attend this one.
Do you work as am Chef and if so, where?
I am an at home Chef and entertain and cook alot. I just did a dinner party for 23 in Georgia for my husband's family and Saturday night did a fund raiser dinner for 50.
Will keep you posted on which Ghett dinner we plan to attend. I look forward to meeting you and your wife.

Thank you for the info too. I just emailed my husband to see if he wants to go on Dec 5th, sorry you and your wife won't be able to make it. Maybe we'll meet somewhere along the way of this exciting underground world of food.
Have you attended any of the "Outstanding in the Field" dinners? I have not yet.
