At 8:22am on February 11, 2010, Debra Richardson said…: greetings! life is abundant in upstate these days . . . i have been plugging into our local Slow Food chapter's dinner series "the Wandering Fork" and have hosted an evening of local foods myself . . . a ghetto gourmet of sorts as people paid, i cooked and the proceeds will purchase a CSA to be used by a home for women in recovery. i'll be doing some cooking classes with them as well . . . i don't get down your way often, but road trips are always in the works, so . . .
