About Me:
I am a child of a good cook, so I came to realize the importance of food early on and during my first stints on my own I quickly realized that the only way to eat really high-quality delicious food and not break the bank was to do it myself (or have friends that did). So I set out to discover how to cook. I am still learning, but I am fast becoming a total food nerd and I am definitely into the slow food movement and sustainability. I am a locavore and prefer dinner parties to dinners out -- the conversations are so much better and people really let their hair down and relax into eating/schmoozing bliss.
