I'm the host and producer of Eat My Heart Out, a storytelling supper club based in New York that I'm expanding nationwide. I work with my culinary director, Luke Davin, to create dinner parties where the menu is inspired by storytellers who perform throughout the dinner. I run cooking retreats to the Loire Valley of France at Le Moulin Bregeon, a 19-century water mill transformed into a boutique hotel and sustainable farm.
