I luv to prepare and enjoy good food w/ great company. The French part (de La Salle) of me luvs continental quisine and fine wine (Chateu Lafitte Rothschild does nicely as does 2 Buck Chuck...it's the company and environment that make the Magic). The Other Side of me, luvs Americana and just about all ethnic foods.
