curiosity, seems the best fit for relentless mental, emotional, and physical hunger.
My passion for food (production, justice, traditions, craft, community) has been, until now, has been relegated to private obsession and an anemic part-time professional and activist path. Now that New York has fully claimed these hands, it's my hope to forage, farm, prep, brainstorm, learn, and generally pursue radical gastronomy however I can.
