"Hey Kate -
Is this an open or closed event? If it's open, you might want to send the info out to everyone. Lots of people are asking about whether any events are happening, and we want to get the momentum up again after the lag, so if…"
I picked up two sets of plates and a set of glasses from Stefan over the weekend. I think we need more plates. Do you have plates we can borrow? If so, when is a good time to pick them up this week?
I have emailed Stefan, and I am going to get the dishes from him this week.
I have contacted Bill Barefoot. He is confirmed for the wine pairings.
We could use Tom to make the drinks, that is if he is available and willing to help. Stefan and his wife volunteered to help. Stefan says his wife likes doing dishes.

No worries- we understand and would definitely like to be involved in the next one if we cant come to this one. We will just have to celebrate our wedding anniversary with Karen at the Fig instead ;) I have china and lots of chairs and I can cook if necessary too for the next time around. Thanks again for getting back to me. Talk to you soon!
