I picked up two sets of plates and a set of glasses from Stefan over the weekend. I think we need more plates. Do you have plates we can borrow? If so, when is a good time to pick them up this week?

I have emailed Stefan, and I am going to get the dishes from him this week.
I have contacted Bill Barefoot. He is confirmed for the wine pairings.
We could use Tom to make the drinks, that is if he is available and willing to help. Stefan and his wife volunteered to help. Stefan says his wife likes doing dishes.
At this point- questions are
Do you think one person on dishes is enough?
How many servers do we need?
Should we get people who are professional servers, or just someone who is a friend?
If you want to be an attendee, I think right now we are okay with human power in the kitchen. If that stance changes after I talk with Dan, I will let you know.

hey jill! sorry that i've been mia for quite some time! eeh i went through some drama and a move the past month or so, but im back to a settled normal now, and am really sorry that i missed out on the event, im looking at all the pictures right now and am so upset i didnt have any hand in it! :( oh well, on the upside to things.. i have a really spacious virtually empty apartment now in lakewood and would love to host the next event if u guys are up for it! let me know how it went! ttyl! -rebecca

Hi Jill,

No worries- we understand and would definitely like to be involved in the next one if we cant come to this one. We will just have to celebrate our wedding anniversary with Karen at the Fig instead ;) I have china and lots of chairs and I can cook if necessary too for the next time around.
