Le Cordon Bleu grad who never took advantage of my culinary degree. Love the underground concept ever since I heard about it in SF. Always wished we had something similar down this way. Love to cook and entertain. Looking forward to meeting new people as well (especially other foodies).

Hi John! Where did you learn how to make 'pierogi'? I like to make bigos, schabowe, bitki wolowe, makowiec, szarlotke itd - everytking exept 'pierogi' I think it will be interesting in the future to organize Polish dinner. So many of my non-polish friends have tried Polish cousine and they always like it.
