I love food and all that it has to offer! I like having dinner parties where my fiance and I get to experiement on friends; "Liver Us From Evil" was all about Foie Gras (we found some cheap in Montreal) and "Moosestravaganza" had us playing with a hunk of Moose Meat each that a colleague had hunted. I am not a chef, nor do I think I am even close. I have the utmost respect for anyone who works in a restaurant because I know I couldn't. But I love to cook and entertain friends and try some new food.
