This is my Panko/Asiago Encrusted Mahi Mahi, with Crimini/Summer Squash Risotto and Crusty French Baguette (I loved doing the deep-fried basil leaf garnish that I saw on ICA!)

I guess my tardiness in replying answers your question on how frequently I post here. Although I've tried in the past, it seems to be a bit lacking when it comes to posting on this site in general.
Gainesville has a few decent places to eat. If you are ever in town, I'd be happy to recommend a few places. The ones quickly come to mind are:
The Jones- Local food options
Civilization- nostalgic fine casual
Satchels- pizza!
Boca Fiesta- gator tacos!!
I hope you can try some of these places. They truly represent Gainesville well.
