- a spacious suburban home, by a hill, with my girlfriend, two roommates and a great labrador retriever.
- About Me:
- As an elementary student you are always asked about your favorite food. As far back as I can recall, my answer to that question was Ikura with Uzura, beautiful piece of Salmon Roe Sushi with raw Quail egg perched atop. At the age of 5, and still to this day, this answer left most speechless. But as the son of a chef, what can be expected? My father took his culinary background and created a business to help foodservice chefs learn about and source lesser known and understood ingredients from around the world. I am a product of his experimentation at home and as such, I have a passion for interesting ingredients, unique flavor combinations, and authentic preparations. GG seems like a great place to expand my horizons and I look forward to getting involved.
