- Graduate of Johnson & Wales University and lover of good food good drink and a fine cigar. I have an insane obsession for all things pig. I experienced my first slaughter in 2007 and it was for lack of a better way of putting it, Awesome. I now do it myself on occasion and not only does it give you a new way to put things in perspective but, it's a lot cheaper.
