Hello Chef Alessandra:
I live about 30 miles or so from LA. -- Valencia majic Mountain areaa. I can come as arrangements are made. I am usually free weehends. If you looked at my website, you will see that the spices blend is very versatile & also make Indian Cooking very simple. If you want to get together I can meet with you some afternoon. My home # 661-2558535 & cell 6618033576. Send me your address & I can send a sample or if you are interested get together to make a couple of items.

Thanks Mohan. I actually just sold some of my own tandoori rub!! just to friends and clients though. I would love to try some of yours though. I have gotten very much into cooking indian cuisine in the last few years. I was intimidated by it for a while untill I cooked with an indian friend a few times and learned some basic technique. I recently just did a 9 course dinner for a friends 40th which is what inspired me to do a rub of my own. How often do you come down to the LA area?
