Quick route to fame?
I'm starting to get annoyed. Sorry but it has to be said. When Horton and I started doing underground restaurants in London, I had no idea that the 'chefs', us, would become famous. I had no idea that the world's press would descend upon us.

Not replying to emails for bookings
Hmm, there are quite a few Underground restaurants starting in London, a new one every week which is great. I am listing them on my blog.
However I am getting many complaints from people that these supperclubs cannot be bothered to reply to emails. I've experienced this myself.
I do think one has an obligation to reply. It does take time, it's true, which is why I set up a booking system with wegottickets.com. they take a ten percent surcharge but take a load of admin off my… Continue

Never boil the bollocks...
I was a punk. Christmas 1976. So not the very first wave but right at the beginning. Hi Kerstin,
at the moment I'm new to the underground supper-scene and don't know of any pop-up locations in Frankfurt yet.
But I've been researching ideas for my performance dinners this weekend and it would be an honour to have you as a guest in October!
I live in Giessen, which is a 30 minutes train-ride away from Frankfurt.
When will you be in Germany? And would you be interested? Since it's so far in advance for me, I could schedule the date to your liking! ;-)

Thanks for your mail. Unfortunately no one signed up for my little cocking evening. I guess that there are too few people on Ghetto Gourmet, who are from or around the Frankfurt area. But if you visit Frankfurt in October, I have a dinner suggestion for you. Visit the “Salon noir des Artistes”, at Atelier Frankfurt http://www.atelierfrankfurt.de/home/salon-noir-des-artistes.html
They have a special dinner motto happening each Friday, starting at 8 pm.
