New Kitchen Age

I am hoping that my life will be divided into two eras. Pre meat grinder and Post meat grinder, I have lots of ideas on what to do but I am going to start small and work up. I am thinking tomorrow I am going to grind my own meat for hamburgers, and maybe make some sausage without putting it into the casing or make "bulk sausage".I have a few other projects working in the kitchen too that I should mention here because I will be referring them on here hopefully. I got a camera!

So I was thinking about writing more blogs but then I realized I didn't have a camera and I am not poet so I figured I would wait until I got one. Well friends that day was today. I got my new camera and I had a whole day off of work today (which has become very rare this summer!) So I took a trip to Target to get some vacuum sealer bags and then off to the butcher. I found they had a full eye round roasts for $1.99 a pound! So I bet you can guess what we had today.…
