I am hoping that my life will be divided into two eras. Pre meat grinder and Post meat grinder, I have lots of ideas on what to do but I am going to start small and work up. I am thinking tomorrow I am going to grind my own meat for hamburgers, and maybe make some sausage without putting it into the casing or make "bulk sausage".
