Like many legendary rock icons, the cuisine of a great chef is often most inspired throughout "the early years." Before test kitchens became TV studios, paper napkin recipes became best selling cookbooks, and stopping by the table became celebrity chef appearances. Creativity is at its' peak and inspiration explodes with every new ingredient introduced. Product, passion, and good people gather at Hush Denver, please join us.
Hush is launching January 9th 2009 @ 2590 Walnut St in Denver and is designed to provide a forum for all breakout culinary underlings of the Denver Metro area. Our goal as an underground eatery is to redefine intimate dining whilst hosting a playground for the undiscovered, unappreciated, or rising star struggling to hit their stride in a competitive market. So many talented “line cooks” so little time… The dinners will be suggested donation of $55 for food, and $15 for wine pairings and consist of a minimum of 5 courses. We insist you only pay for what you believe and be assured that the proceeds will benefit participating cooks. Our promise to the diner is that we will strive to highlight some of the most inventive and passionate people in the industry. We cordially invite you to experience the preparations of some of Colorado's top culinary talent. In the upcoming weeks we will be accepting requests for our events, and will notify you of details for each event when you have been confirmed. Thank you again for your interest and we look forward to creating something memorable.
