About Me:
Chef and former restaurateur who is an aspiring mixologist and wine nerd who loves all things FOOD and DRINK. Recently opened a successful gastropub in New Orleans and am now living back in NYC. I am a big fan of the "underground" scene and would love to someday start my own with some like minded chefs In the meantime I'd love to cook at an event and enjoy eating with good people whenever I can.
