Vegan dinner
Just wondering if anyone would be interested in a multi course all vegan event? I think it could be very fun! I'll keep planning the event if there are enough people interested in attending.

- Yay - I was worried about you! Have you seen the postings for the next two events? We are hoping to do these pretty frequently, at least while the fresh produce is coming in. If you could come to any of the events that would be great, too. The one that's coming up on the 16th should be good. Actually so will the one on the 30th. There were a lot of folks that were pretty into this after the event we did, so hopefully it will have "legs." We'll keep you posted!

And then Karen's gone the weekend of the 18th. I'd live for it to work for everyone but that may not be possible. Are you getting back to town early enough on the 11th that that might worK? Otherwise, we may need to just move it to the weekend of the 4th, Tripp can participate in this one and you can be in on the next one. How do you feel about that? I talked to Karen yesterday and we think we need to pick a date and go with it, particularly if we want to do another at the end of summer. Let me know your thoughts.
