I am hoping to host my first one in Jan. also..Still putting the final touches on the menu. And contrary to belief, I still might throw cation to the wind, and set it up like a restaurant setting......I will e-mail you menu when finished. Hoping next few hours, depending on my 4 year old..ha,ha,ha

Awwww. How can you leave this place....Where the weather changes every 5 minutes.....I am hoping to get one going in January.....Really do not want to keep moving x-mas tree. My daughter would get upset....

Nice to meet you too. I am soooo tired of all the " rules " besides, I found in the last year or so I really enjoy " cooking " for friends than a paycheck....Ya, been in this business to long....lol good luck on your " research " what are you serving??
