So I saw some discussion about guts, but not much else on the NashVegas group. What's the holdup people? Is there an underground scene around already? If so, how do I get connected? I'm still very new to this concept, but very, very interested in eating with and eventually cooking for all of you.
Far from a chef, but just getting into hosting larger, more elaborate dinner parties and realizing I can't fund them at the level I'd like to. While the writing isn't spectacular, "secret suppers" has me hooked.
