We are hoping for 06/28/2009. We are planning, for now, once a quarter and focusing on the veggies and meat/fish from some local farmers reflecting the season; the change in seasons. We have terrfic farmer markets here. It is crazy…

I have a friend who shares my interest in developing an underground restaurant. We are in the beginning of the process and have much to learn. But we have the joy of food and cooking plus the courage to proceed.
