Lately, I have been into trying new ways to prepare classic foods and I like to prepare comfort foods from scratch. Smaller portions with lots of care. Enjoy my new found hobby as a novice brewer. As of late have been real interested in learning more about brick/wood fired ovens.

I think 4-6 people should be good. You can help doing prep work, and cleanup if you like- I have a 3 bay sink -easy cleanup. I would think a light lager would be good with pizza like peroni or moretti style of beer? What do you think?

I make my pizza the traditional neapolitan way using the finest ingredients including olive oil from figone olive oil company. I also make my own mozzarella cheese. We are attempting to get a group together so we can make some pizza here. If you are interested give me a shout.

I have a nice batch of summer ale on tap, it came out real nice. Now I am playing with the carbonation in the keg. Time to start a new batch!
