My two favorite places are Ippudo on 4th Ave and 10th St. It's very loud, fun, kinda Tokyo like. And on 5th St Bet. A &1st I Love "Minca" is a lil' Hole in the wall. Great food.

Hi there. So for the last couple of years, I've wanted to try WD-50 for the whole chemistry and food thing and Nobu. I'm mainly vegitarian but eat seafoods, oysters included. I like Spanish tapas and ceviches (I don't know of any goods places that serve a ceviche) and booze...wine bars, the whole japanese-style bartending craze that's happening, and mixology are of interest too. Would also like to try Spice market, cookshop and there's this place that supposedly makes it's own tofu every 15 minutes whose name escapes me but it's been written up a bunch of times and I'd love to sample some.
These are all fancy pricey places but I'm open to trying smaller whole in the wall type places. The chip shop and tia pol are 2 of my favorite smaller type places. Pretty open to whatever.

What ramen spots have you tried??
Trish
Glad to hear an interest. Tell me more about what you like or places you wanted to try. I've been into Ramen places these days.
