I LOVE to cook for people and since my wife doesn't cook I usually cook for her and baby. I rarely get to do gourmet dinners since we had the baby but now that he is almost 2 I can get back into it. I have catered in the past but not professionally and have taken Viking cooking classes enough to be dangerous. Originally from Chicago my specialties are Beef, Pork, Poultry, Italian and Mexican. My wifes family (who are Mexican), love my cooking, not bad for a white boy from Chicago. I also won second place in a Chili cook off. We are building a new house with a gourmet kitchen and I can't wait to host my first dinner party there in March 09. In the mean time we are interested in meeting people and cooking with people!
