About Me:
The Viand ran monthly for two years in Venice CA. Two of our five chefs are still working in LA. One is in Taos. Two of us are temporarily in Boston. We hosted the first Viand East on 9.26.08.

Our concept is:
5 chefs
10 courses
20 guests
$10
byo wine

We serve only local and seasonal food. (With the exception of fancy European cheese.) We prepare it very simply, and (in response to demand from our diners) we offer cooking classes to encourage people to learn to cook seasonally.
