Never boil the bollocks...

I was a punk. Christmas 1976. So not the very first wave but right at the beginning. The rock world was ruled by giants; super groups who turned their backs to the audience, both symbolically and figuratively. Stars like Rod Stewart, escaping his North London roots for Hollywood and Britt Ekland. Mick Jagger from bad boy group The Rolling Stones partaying with Princess Margaret on the island of Mustique, detailed weekly in the Nigel Dempster column. Bowie, so electrical when he first appeared… Continue

Our First West Coast Tour

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I just can't wait to get out on the road again. I grew up on the road, traveling with different musical theater companies, and since then I've been far too stationary than I wish to be...even though LA is my happy home...

I have to remember to take a deep breath before the plunge...Since our EP is coming out this June and we're finally beginning to travel afar to spread the word of jank, life could prove to be much more demanding than I expect. Be… Continue

Santa Cruz, CA: Dinner in the Vegi Patch!

Come join us in our vegetable patch! This is our second underground restaurant, and we will be featuring Bobby Madrid as our guest chef using up our fava beans (that's them in the background!), mustard greens, and cylinder beets.

Fairy-Tale Farm is an urban homestead where we tranform our humble fruits and vegetables to new culinary heights. A la "dinner in the field", we try to use as much of the produce growing around the table in… Continue

5. Poller Guerilla Cooking in Cologne at Köln-Poll

June 19, 2014 all day
Soll heißen: Wir kochen und unsere Gäste bezahlen einen vorher festgelegten…See More
