Asparagus Time- E' tempo di Asparagi!

Omelette with green asparagus and herbs



A quick and delicious receipt we made in which asparagus, eggs and herbs are the main ingredient.

for 4 persons

- 4 eggs

- 250 ml of whole milk

- 1 bunch of green asparagus

- chives

- a knob of butter

- salt and pepper

- extra-virgin olive oil…

BOTTLING THE FIRST BATCH OF BEER

Alfonso has decided to learn how to brew his own beer. He is taking the production process very seriously and our apartment smell like malted barley every 2 weeks... I'm taking the photos and drinking beer to support the cause.

New Kitchen Age

I am hoping that my life will be divided into two eras. Pre meat grinder and Post meat grinder, I have lots of ideas on what to do but I am going to start small and work up. I am thinking tomorrow I am going to grind my own meat for hamburgers, and maybe make some sausage without putting it into the casing or make "bulk sausage".
